Focus

I take on a limited number of searches at any given time. This allows me to give each engagement the attention it deserves and ensures I'm never spreading myself too thin to do the work well.

The roles I work on tend to share a few characteristics:

  • Complex requirements — Positions where the combination of skills, experience, and cultural fit is unusual or hard to define.
  • High stakes — Hires where getting it wrong carries real cost, whether that's a key leadership role, a critical technical position, or a first hire in a new function.
  • Hidden talent pools — Searches where the right candidates aren't actively looking and won't respond to standard outreach.

I work best with leaders who value direct communication, want a thought partner in the search process, and are willing to invest in getting the hire right rather than just getting it done quickly.

If you're facing a search that feels harder than it should be, I'd welcome a conversation about whether I can help.
